REEMPLAZA A LA CIRCULAR DPA N° 41/19
Se informa a todas las UDAI y Oficinas el procedimiento para tramitar los reclamos o denuncias relacionados a prestaciones otorgadas por otros organismos, que se tramitan en ANSES en el marco de Ventanilla Única, según se trate de:
1. MINISTERIO DE SALUD Y DESARROLLO SOCIAL (MDS) - RECONSIDERACIÓN POR EVALUACIÓN NEGATIVA Y SOLICITUDES
- MONOTRIBUTO SOCIAL
- PROGRAMA POTENCIAR TRABAJO (PT) (a partir de la Resolución MDS 121/2020, del 18 de marzo de 2020, se crea el Programa Potenciar Trabajo, que unifica los programas Hacemos Futuro y Proyectos Productivos Comunitarios).
2. AGENCIA NACIONAL DE DISCAPACIDAD (ANDIS) - RECLAMOS Y/O DENUNCIAS
- PENSIONES NO CONTRIBUTIVAS POR INVALIDEZ
